I had a fantastic time at Marival Emotion Resort! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of a family. The location is perfect with easy access around the resort, and the beach area was a lovely spot to relax. My only issues were with the humidity in the rooms and some inconsistencies with service when we changed accommodations, but overall it was a great family vacation.

The rooms had some issues with maintenance, and the dining options were limited and not very appealing. The issues we faced with check-out were particularly frustrating. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
