Marival Emotions Resort & Suites Riviera Nayarit By Mercure, Nuevo Vallarta

I had a fantastic time at Marival Emotion Resort! The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel like part of a family. The location is perfect with easy access around the resort, and the beach area was a lovely spot to relax. My only issues were with the humidity in the rooms and some inconsistencies with service when we changed accommodations, but overall it was a great family vacation.

We recently spent two weeks at Marival Emotions, and our experience was mixed. While the hotel has a nice setup for families, the service left much to be desired. The rooms had some issues with maintenance, and the dining options were limited and not very appealing. The issues we faced with check-out were particularly frustrating. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The kids' pool was perfect for our toddler, and we loved the various family activities. However, booking reservations for à la carte dining was a hassle and left us feeling a bit frustrated. Overall, it was a great stay, but make sure to plan for dining ahead of time.
